Project: EggZack client care
Problem: Lack of easy access to information to onboard clients on their schedule
Solution: A customized suite of onboarding offerings
Moving to EggZack has been an unbelievable experience. After spending the first several months getting to know the product and the client base, I've learned:
So after a few rounds and iterations of difference client solution systems, we've decided on the hybrid model. We're going to combine custom training sessions, regular "office hours" on Join.me (gotta love other start-ups!) and YouTube videos so people can review the information on their own time.


In the realm of startups, I have to say that I'm so proud of how client-focused we are. Thanks to my talented team of client care reps, front-end developers, the super passionate CEO, and our new Keurig machine for making this happen.
