EggZack, now with help tickets!

NOTE: This is a new iteration since I left, it's looking good, old posse!)

Now that I've been at EggZack for a few months getting to know the team, the product, and the clients, we are already seeing some super fast wins for creating a better user experience for our clients. First up, a help ticket system! Working with our amazing front-end developer Val (who is so funny and talented and everyone should connect with him on LinkedIn. Really, do it now), we were able to turn around a customized form that is accessible from both the CMS as well as from the homepage in a few days.
We'll be iterating the product based on client feedback and the fun of working with Symfony (pretty sure we could have written this post a few times over the last few days), as well as metrics for the page.
